Description
Summer honeydew honey is a general term, which means that the honey was prepared from nectar and/or honeydew of the summer. The honey was made from the summer honeydew. It is a collective term for all the sources of honey in June and July until August. In hot and dry summers, honeydew honey can form a part of the tracht. Then the honey has a heartier aroma. The color is usually strong-yellow to brown. The greater the proportion of honeydew, the darker the honey.
